"My dad and I really enjoyed our stay at cabaña Los monos. Almost everyday we saw monkeys in the trees right outside the cabaña. The patio was great for working and enjoying the wildlife. The little trail to the stream was beautiful, and we enjoyed the walk to playa hermosa. Decent grocery stores in nearby Uvita. Wifi worked well; we did have one long power outage for 14 hours but that seemed to be out of the norm. Heather was very responsive to any of our questions, and was organized with details for our arrival. Two notes: the driveway to get to the cabins is steep and unpaved. In the rainy season it’s a bit tricky if you don’t have a 4x4. At a minimum you want an SUV. Also, the kitchen was lacking some items that would have been nice for a longer stay.
